Content policy
THEDRIVERS.APP is a community network whose content is created and shared by the Driver community.
Through these communities, you can publish Driver posts, comment, discuss, support, and connect with people who share your interests.
The Driver Community is designed to strengthen and activate togetherness. Therefore, THEDRIVERS.APP Community platform exchange is based on respect, helpfulness, and tolerance. Your privacy and the privacy of other users is a valuable asset, and so we ask all Drivers to treat each other with respect and to protect and respect the privacy and security of each individual.
Each community on THEDRIVERS.APP is defined by its users. The culture of each community is explicitly shaped by the community rules enforced by the moderators and community member discussions. Please abide by the laws of the communities you participate in, and treat communities you are not a member of with respect.
Above the Community Rules are the Platform Rules of THEDRIVERS.APP, which applies to all Drivers, will be enforced by us when necessary.
The Drivers and their communities are what we make of them together and can only exist if we abide by standard rules. Therefore, we ask you to accept not only by the letter of these rules but also by their spirit.
Rules
Rule 1
Think about people. TheDrivers is a place to create communities and belonging, not to target marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has the right to use THEDRIVERS.APP free from harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and users who incite violence or promote hate based on identity and vulnerability will be excluded.
Rule 2
Abide by the rules of the communities. Post authentic content in which you have a personal interest. Do not cheat, manipulate content (including spamming, circumventing bans, or subscriber fraud), or otherwise disrupt the Drivers.
Rule 3
Respect the privacy of others. You are not allowed to harass anyone, for example, by revealing personal or confidential information. Never post or threaten to post intimate or sexually explicit content. THEDRIVERS.APP prohibits any posting of or reference to sexually explicit content.
Rule 4
Do not publish or encourage the publication of sexual or offensive content involving minors. THEDRIVERS.APP prohibits sexual or suggestive content involving children or persons who look like minors. Depending on the context, in some cases, this may include depictions of minors who are fully clothed and not engaging in overtly sexual acts. If you are unsure about content that involves a minor or someone who appears to be a little, do not publish it.
Rule 5
You do not have to use your real name to use THEDRIVERS.APP, but do not misleadingly or fraudulently impersonate any person or entity. Using your real name is free and will only help your friends find you.
Rule 6
Make sure people have predictable experiences on THEDRIVERS.APP by properly labeling content and communities and following rules.
Rule 7
Comply with laws and avoid posting illegal content or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions.
Rule 8
Do not destroy the Platform or do anything that interferes with the regular use of the Platform. Do not interrupt the provision of the Platform, do not introduce malicious code on THEDRIVERS.APP, do not make it difficult for anyone to use THEDRIVERS.APP by your actions, do not create programs that attempt to use our API without permission and do not help anyone abuse THEDRIVERS.APP in any way.
Enforcement
We have several ways to enforce our rules;
- Asking you nicely to leave it alone
- Revoking privileges and restrictions on accounts
- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts, including deletion of their content
- Deletion of content
- Banning of communities and deletion of their content
- Criminal charges
