Is registration free of charge?

Yes, registration and use of many features is free. However, in order to be able to use all services fully, you have to upgrade to an Enthusiast account.

Probleme mit Bluewin/Swisscom-Adressen?

Leider blockt Swisscom/Bluewin Microsoft-Adressen, von wo aus der Sicherheits-Code versendet wird. Wir haben das Problem erkannt und arbeiten bereits an der Lösung. Bis zu derer Integration bitten wir sie sich mit einer Emailadresse von einem anderen Provider (nicht Swisscom/Bluewin) zu registrieren.

Routen

How do I create a new route?

Go to the "Routes" page and click on the circle with the + sign at the bottom right. On the next page you can start recording your route.

GPX Daten in-/export

You can upload GPX data via the upload icon on the "Record new route" page. These are then displayed as live tracked routes. Of course, you can also download the GPX file of each route, edit it on the website www.gpx.studio and upload it again.

Can I save routes just for me?

Yes, if you select Private in the "Visibility" option when saving, only you will see the routes under "My Routes in Filter".

Route length: Is the route length limited?

No, routes can be unlimited in length and run across several regions or countries.

Meets

How do I create a meet?

Go to the "Meets" page and click on the circle with the + sign at the bottom right. On the following page you can enter your Meet.

Can I adjust Meets afterwards?

Yes, meets can be adjusted at any time.

What is the difference between free and affordable meets?

Registration for free meets is free of charge. However, if the registration involves costs and runs via the payment interface, we charge a service fee on the registration costs.

Can I share Meets outside the app?

Yes, Meets can be shared via link in all platforms and via all common channels. The shared link refers to the app which must be downloaded (free of charge) in order to view it.

How do I create a group?

Go to the "Community" page -> change to "Groups" in the filter view and click on the circle with the + sign at the bottom right.

Are groups always public?

Groups are always public. If you want to form a closed community, create a club account.

Subscriptions

Upgrade subscription

Subscriptions can be upgraded at any time or downgraded at the end of the subscription period.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

On an iPhone device: Go to Settings on your device > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap on View Apple ID (You might need to authenticate your Apple ID). Tap on "Subscriptions." Tap on "TheDrivers.App." Cancel your subscription through this screen. Why doesn't the status change to "canceled" immediately?

It may take some time for the respective app store to notify us that the subscription has been canceled. As long as the store indicates that no subscription will be renewed, no further costs will be incurred.

Why doesn't my subscription change immediately after a downgrade?

Apple App Store / iPhone: With Apple App Store tied purchases, you keep your subscription until the end of the term and continue to have access to the corresponding features. Google Play Store / Android: For Google Play tied purchases, the change takes effect immediately. Google Play Store will automatically refund the remaining time, depending on the case. This is at the discretion of Google Play Store and will not be charged / refunded by us.

Why doesn't my subscription change immediately after an upgrade?

It may take some time before the respective app store notifies us that the upgrade was successful. If the error persists after one day, contact our support.
