TDA's Wild autumn ride 2022

Together with a few teams of the COLLETTIVO VOLANTE we experienced a wild ride through the colourful autumn last weekend. By the way, the teams were just as colourful as the forests, both in terms of the choice of cars and the drivers, with 4 kids and 4 dogs:-)

The starting point with breakfast was the Herrenberg restaurant on the Aargau border, from where we headed towards the Black Forest, to Schluchsee and on to the Jagdhotel Bad Sulzburg for lunch. The weather was kind to us and the first stage offered everything one could wish for in an autumnal ride.

After a sumptuous meal, we continued in the middle of the wine region towards Guebwiller in Alsace where we were greeted by a great location (Hotel Domaine de Beaupre). Great house with countless details, park-like garden and enough parking spaces directly in front of the house

The next morning, well fed after a delicious breakfast, we continued on the most beautiful overland roads in the direction of Les Mille Etang or the land of a thousand lakes, near Belfort / Vosges, where we indulged in a cultivated aperitif in the middle of the forest at a small lake.

The last stage and meeting point was the Berghüsli in Hägglingen. A cosy little country pub, accessible via the most beautiful, winding back roads. And as expected, we had another hearty meal at the end with fondue, cordon bleu and liver. Accordingly full and happy, we left the other crews and headed home after a great driver weekend - and we are already looking forward to the next tour with such cool fellow drivers.
